- 1 cup Vegan Mayo
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 0.5 cup Onions
- 2 tablespoons Vegan Butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the vegan butter in a casserole or saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, add the diced onions and minced garlic. Sauté them together for about 3 minutes until the onions turn golden and fragrant.
- Transfer the onion and garlic mixture to a food processor or a blender.
- Combine the ingredients by adding the vegan mayo and tomato paste to the processor. If you’re feeling adventurous, toss in the optional maple syrup, hot sauce, and smoked paprika for extra flavor.
- Blend everything together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
