Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed and frozen
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the watermelon by cutting it into cubes and spreading them on a baking sheet to freeze for 2-3 hours.
- Add the frozen watermelon cubes with ice and lime juice in a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste your slushie, and add honey or agave syrup for extra sweetness if desired.
- Pour the slushy mix in chilled glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
