Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh.
  2. Add about 4 cups of watermelon flesh into your blender with 1 cup of coconut water.
  3. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Taste the mix and adjust sweetness with honey or agave if needed.
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, if desired.
