Ingredients

- 4 cups Watermelon flesh
- 1 cup Coconut Water
- Ice
- Optional Sweetener (like honey or agave)
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh.
- Add about 4 cups of watermelon flesh into your blender with 1 cup of coconut water.
- Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- Taste the mix and adjust sweetness with honey or agave if needed.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, if desired.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint or lime.
