- 16 oz elbow macaroni (uncooked)
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter (cubed)
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 8 oz cream cheese (cubed)
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 1.5 cups whole milk
- 2 eggs (large)
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Spray crock pot with nonstick spray.
- Add macaroni, butter, and cheeses.
- Whisk milks, eggs, salt, and pepper; pour over pasta.
- Cook on LOW 2–3 hours, stirring once.
