Ingredients

- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup fresh basil (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 oz burrata cheese
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper; cook until tomatoes are soft.
- Stir in chopped basil and remove from heat.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the sauce, tossing to combine.
- Serve topped with burrata cheese.
