Description
Caramel-dipped pretzel rods rolled in toffee bits and drizzled with white chocolate are a perfect mix of sweet, salty, and crunchy.
Ingredients
Scale
- 16 pretzel rods (I used Snyder brand)
- 11 oz caramels (or caramel bits, unwrapped)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups toffee bits
- 3 oz white chocolate (I like to use a high quality brand such as Ghirardelli)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the toffee bits on a plate.
- Place the caramel and heavy cream in a tall, heat safe jar or cup. Melt it in the microwave, stopping every 30 seconds to stir until fully melted.
- Take a pretzel rod and dip it in the melted caramel, covering about 2/3 of the way. Roll the caramel covered pretzel rod in the toffee, then place the coated rod on the parchment paper. Continue dipping and coating the pretzel rods.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted. Drizzle the chocolate over the pretzels. Let sit for 20-30 minutes or until the chocolate has set.
