Ingredients

  • 4860 frozen tater tots
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions, sliced (green part only)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a muffin pan by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Add 4-5 tater tots (depending on muffin pan size) into each muffin cup.
  3. Bake the tater tots in the oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Using a shot glass or small juice glass, press down into the baked tots to create small cups. Twist slightly to form a deeper indentation.
  5. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the tater tots are deep golden brown.
  6. Place 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese into each cup and bake for another 4-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  7. Top each cup with sour cream, crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions. Serve warm.
