Tater Tot Appetizer Cups are crispy, cheesy, and savory bite-sized snacks that are perfect for parties, game day, or casual get-togethers.

- 48–60 frozen tater tots
- ¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup sour cream
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced (green part only)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a muffin pan by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add 4-5 tater tots (depending on muffin pan size) into each muffin cup.
- Bake the tater tots in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Using a shot glass or small juice glass, press down into the baked tots to create small cups. Twist slightly to form a deeper indentation.
- Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the tater tots are deep golden brown.
- Place 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese into each cup and bake for another 4-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Top each cup with sour cream, crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions. Serve warm.
