Description

A vibrant and refreshing iced tea bursting with tropical mango and tart hibiscus flavors, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons dried hibiscus flowers
  • 5 cups boiling water
  • 1 large mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a kettle or large pot.
  2. Remove from heat and add the dried hibiscus flowers; let steep for 15 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea into a pitcher, discarding the flowers.
  4. Dissolve the agave syrup with 1 tablespoon of water and stir it into the warm tea.
  5. Add the chopped mango and lemon juice; stir to combine.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish as desired.
