Ingredients

- 8 ounces pasta (cooked and cooled)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup cucumber (diced)
- 1 cup bell pepper (diced)
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
