- 2 cups (9 oz or 255g) frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 ripe medium bananas
- 1/2 cup (40g) quick oats or old-fashioned oats
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and tools.

- Next, add in the frozen strawberries.
- Then, add in the bananas.
- Add the oats next.
- Top it up with honey.
