- 1 lb Pizza Dough (Store-bought or homemade)
- 8 oz Smoked Salmon
- 2 medium Potatoes (Thinly sliced)
- 1 cup Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 1 tbsp Capers (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Fresh Dill (Chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- Layer the sliced potatoes on top of the cream cheese.
- Add the smoked salmon, capers, and dill.
- Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden.
