- 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Cut the cabbage into quarters. Lay each piece flat and cut out the stem. Chop into 1 1/2 – 2-inch pieces.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and toss to combine. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast until edges are crispy and cabbage is tender. If needed, increase heat to broil for a couple of minutes.
