- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup crushed Oreo crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 F and prepare a springform pan.
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and cocoa until smooth.
- Add eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and food coloring and mix gently.
- Pour filling over crust and bake in a water bath for 50 minutes.
- Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with whipped cream and Oreo crumbs before serving.
