Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake with a crunchy Oreo crust and a vibrant red velvet twist, topped with whipped cream and cookie crumbs.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup crushed Oreo crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F and prepare a springform pan.
  2. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and cocoa until smooth.
  4. Add eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and food coloring and mix gently.
  5. Pour filling over crust and bake in a water bath for 50 minutes.
  6. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Top with whipped cream and Oreo crumbs before serving.
