- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour (for crumble)
- 1/4 cup cold butter (for crumble)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl whisk melted butter, eggs, milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Fold in raspberries.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Mix crumble ingredients and sprinkle on top.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
