Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface into a 1/4-inch thick rectangle.
  3. Brush with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle with Demerara sugar, cinnamon, and mixed spice (optional), ensuring even coverage.
