- 65g caramel sauce (store-bought, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface into a 1/4-inch thick rectangle.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with Demerara sugar, cinnamon, and mixed spice (optional), ensuring even coverage.
- Roll up the pastry from the narrow side to create a log.
- Cut the rolled pastry into 12 even pieces.
- Place the cinnamon rolls in a buttered or parchment-lined baking dish, leaving about 1/2-inch between each roll.
- Chill the rolls in the fridge for 20 minutes to maintain their shape while baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce if desired, and serve warm.
