- 2 flatbreads, naan breads, or pita breads
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or sliced
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place flatbreads on baking sheet.
- Spread pesto evenly.
- Add cooked chicken.
- Add cheeses, tomatoes, onion.
- Bake 10–15 minutes until golden.
- Garnish, slice, serve warm.
