  • 1 scoop Puori vanilla whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients, ensuring your banana is frozen for a creamy texture.
  2. Use a microplane to zest just the orange part of the skin.
  3. Carefully segment the orange into chunks for easier blending.
  4. Add your frozen banana to the blender as a thickening agent.
  5. Add the frozen cauliflower rice and carrot. These will blend smoothly with the other ingredients.
  6. Add your choice of milk for a smooth blend.
