- 1 (4.4-ounce) carton full-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Puori vanilla whey protein powder
- 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients, ensuring your banana is frozen for a creamy texture.
- Use a microplane to zest just the orange part of the skin.
- Carefully segment the orange into chunks for easier blending.
- Add your frozen banana to the blender as a thickening agent.
- Add the frozen cauliflower rice and carrot. These will blend smoothly with the other ingredients.
- Add your choice of milk for a smooth blend.
- This adds creaminess to your smoothie.
- Optionally add protein powder and hemp hearts. Add sweetener if desired.
