Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper until well combined.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.

- Add the chopped spinach and cheese on one half of the omelette.
- Fold the omelette in half and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
