- 1 lime (juiced)
- 2 tablespoons sugar or simple syrup
- 1 cup sparkling water
- Ice (crushed or cubes)
- Lime wedges for garnish
- Mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Add mint leaves to the bottom of a sturdy glass and gently crush them to release the oils.
- Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the muddled mint.
- Stir in sugar or simple syrup until dissolved.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes or crushed ice.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Add lime wedges and a mint sprig for garnish, and enjoy with a straw!
