- 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
- 1 medium orange, peeled
- 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped
- ½-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled

- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ½ cup water (adjust as needed)
- 1 cup ice (optional for a thicker smoothie)
- 1 tablespoon date syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on the counter. Peel the orange and ginger, chop the carrot, and measure out your pineapple chunks.
- Place the blender with pineapple chunks, orange, chopped carrot, and ginger.
- Add the True Nutrition Banana Smoothie Soy Protein followed by almond milk and water.
- Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high for about 30 seconds until creamy.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with date syrup if desired.
- Add ice if you want a thicker texture and blend again until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnished with a slice of orange or a sprig of mint if you like.
