Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on the counter. Peel the orange and ginger, chop the carrot, and measure out your pineapple chunks.
  2. Place the blender with pineapple chunks, orange, chopped carrot, and ginger.
  3. Add the True Nutrition Banana Smoothie Soy Protein followed by almond milk and water.
  4. Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high for about 30 seconds until creamy.
