Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (cooked and cooled)
- 1 cup olives (sliced)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup cucumber (diced)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup olive oil (for dressing)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp oregano (dried)
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, olives, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
