Ingredients

- 1 cup olive oil
- â…“ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
- 1 tbsp fresh oregano (chopped)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp table salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard to a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together to combine.
- Add the lemon zest, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper to the vinaigrette mixture.
- Combine the ingredients, whisking to blend.
- Store in a mason jar or an airtight container and allow flavors to meld for 30 minutes before using for best results.
