Ingredients

  • 4 oz Capicola
  • 4 oz Mortadella
  • 4 oz Provolone Cheese
  • 1 cup Lettuce (Shredded)
  • 1 medium Tomato (Sliced)
  • 1 medium Onion (Sliced)
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper (Sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 4 sub rolls Hoagie Rolls

Instructions

  1. Slice the hoagie rolls lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
  2. Layer the salami, capicola, and mortadella in the rolls.
  3. Add provolone cheese on top of the meats.
  4. Top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, onion, and bell pepper.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.
  6. Close the rolls and serve immediately.
