A delicious Italian hoagie sandwich filled with meats, cheeses, and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 4 oz Salami
- 4 oz Capicola
- 4 oz Mortadella
- 4 oz Provolone Cheese
- 1 cup Lettuce (Shredded)
- 1 medium Tomato (Sliced)
- 1 medium Onion (Sliced)
- 1 medium Bell Pepper (Sliced)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 4 sub rolls Hoagie Rolls
Instructions
- Slice the hoagie rolls lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
- Layer the salami, capicola, and mortadella in the rolls.
- Add provolone cheese on top of the meats.
- Top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, onion, and bell pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.
- Close the rolls and serve immediately.
