- For the Sauce:
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- For the Skewers:
- 8 beef hot dogs, quartered
- 3 cups pineapple, cut into 1” pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1” pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1” pieces
- 1 small red onion, cut into 1” pieces
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and chili powder to create the sauce.
- Thread the hot dogs, pineapple, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
- Brush the skewers with the sauce mixture.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until hot dogs are heated through and veggies are tender.
- Serve immediately.
