  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1” pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1” pieces
  • 1 small red onion, cut into 1” pieces

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and chili powder to create the sauce.
  2. Thread the hot dogs, pineapple, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
  3. Brush the skewers with the sauce mixture.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until hot dogs are heated through and veggies are tender.
