A refreshing and hydrating drink with honeydew and coconut water, perfect for summer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Coconut Water
- 2 cups Fresh Honeydew, chopped
- 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon or Lime Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Unrefined Mineral Salt
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Prepare the honeydew by slicing in half, removing seeds, and chopping into chunks.
- Prepare the citrus by halving and squeezing into a measuring cup.
- Add the honeydew chunks, coconut water, citrus juice, and mineral salt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth; adjust consistency with more coconut water if needed.
- Taste and adjust the citrus or salt as desired.
- Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes or blend with ice for instant chill.
- Serve in glasses, garnished with honeydew slices or mint.
Notes
- Best served cold.
- Can substitute lime for lemon or vice versa.
- Adjust sweetness by adding honey if desired.
