Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coconut Water
  • 2 cups Fresh Honeydew, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon or Lime Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Unrefined Mineral Salt

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Prepare the honeydew by slicing in half, removing seeds, and chopping into chunks.
  3. Prepare the citrus by halving and squeezing into a measuring cup.
  4. Add the honeydew chunks, coconut water, citrus juice, and mineral salt to a blender.
  5. Blend until smooth; adjust consistency with more coconut water if needed.
  6. Taste and adjust the citrus or salt as desired.
  7. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes or blend with ice for instant chill.
  8. Serve in glasses, garnished with honeydew slices or mint.
