Ingredients

- 4 medium kiwis (peeled and chopped)
- 2 medium bananas (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup spinach (fresh)
- 1 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen, chopped)
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by peeling and chopping the kiwis, bananas, and pineapple.
- Add the ingredients in the blender, starting with the coconut water and then adding the spinach, kiwis, bananas, and pineapple.
- Blend it up by drizzling in honey if desired.
- Sprinkle the chia seeds on top.
- Blend until smooth, adding more coconut water if it’s too thick.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Pour the smoothie into your favorite glass and enjoy!
