  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by peeling and chopping the kiwis, bananas, and pineapple.
  2. Add the ingredients in the blender, starting with the coconut water and then adding the spinach, kiwis, bananas, and pineapple.
  3. Blend it up by drizzling in honey if desired.
