- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides and nearly cooked through.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the pan, stirring until fragrant. Toss in cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan over the chicken. Cover the skillet and let the cheese melt into a creamy layer.
- Spoon the garlic butter sauce over the chicken, sprinkle with fresh basil and chili flakes, and serve hot directly from the pan.
