A rich, sweet jam made with a blend of berries and warm spices, all slow-cooked until thick and flavorful.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Pounds Frozen Mixed Berry Blend

  • 2 ½ Cups Brown Sugar
  • 3 Teaspoons Ground Allspice
  • 2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger

Instructions

  1. Add all of the berries to the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the sugar, allspice, ginger, and cinnamon over the top.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, giving it a stir about halfway through.
  4. Once it’s done cooking, use an immersion blender to blend the jam until smooth, or leave it a little chunky if you prefer.
  5. Carefully pour the jam into mason jars and place the lids on top.
  6. Let the jars sit at room temperature for about 2 hours, or until cooled. Then tighten the lids and transfer to the fridge.
