Description
A rich, sweet jam made with a blend of berries and warm spices, all slow-cooked until thick and flavorful.

- 3 Pounds Frozen Mixed Berry Blend
- 1 Pound Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
- 2 ½ Cups Brown Sugar
- 3 Teaspoons Ground Allspice
- 2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
Instructions
- Add all of the berries to the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the sugar, allspice, ginger, and cinnamon over the top.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, giving it a stir about halfway through.
- Once it’s done cooking, use an immersion blender to blend the jam until smooth, or leave it a little chunky if you prefer.
- Carefully pour the jam into mason jars and place the lids on top.
- Let the jars sit at room temperature for about 2 hours, or until cooled. Then tighten the lids and transfer to the fridge.
Notes
- This jam is great for breakfast or as a simple homemade gift.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
