- 4 medium potatoes (peeled and sliced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon herbs de Provence
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs de Provence.
- Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
