- 1 teaspoon Salt & Black Pepper
- 0.5 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 2 cups Green Cabbage
- 1 cup Purple Cabbage
- 1 cup Carrots (Julienned)
- 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley
- 0.25 cup Fresh Dill
- 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
- 0.5 cup Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 pieces Brioche Buns
Instructions
- Begin by mixing buttermilk, salt, and cayenne in a bowl. Submerge your chicken breasts, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, vinegar, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Gently fold in the greens and carrots, then chill until serving.
- Combine flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne in a separate bowl for dredging.
- Heat oil to 350°F in a deep fryer or Dutch oven. Carefully fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and have an internal temperature of 165°F. Let them rest on a wire rack.
- Toss or brush the fried chicken with buffalo sauce, allowing the flavor to soak in.
- Toast your brioche buns, layer with buffalo chicken and ranch slaw. Serve hot.
