- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for a couple of minutes. Add the cooking cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and Dijon mustard. Stir well and let the sauce thicken gently. Season with salt and pepper.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over each piece. Let everything simmer together for 3-4 minutes so the flavors blend beautifully.
- Top with caramelized lemon slices and freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.
