  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients and having them ready to go.
  2. Cut your ripe avocado in half, and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and toss it into the blender.
  3. Next, pop in those peeled and chopped kiwis.
  4. Toss that banana in next.
  5. Now for the magic green! Add your spinach.
  6. Add your almond milk right on top of those fruits and greens.
  7. Drizzle in that optional honey or sweetener of your choice.
  8. Toss in a handful of ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
  9. Start on low and gradually increase to high until everything is smooth and creamy.
  10. Give it a little taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
