- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1 banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Start by gathering all your ingredients and having them ready to go.
- Cut your ripe avocado in half, and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and toss it into the blender.
- Next, pop in those peeled and chopped kiwis.
- Toss that banana in next.
- Now for the magic green! Add your spinach.
- Add your almond milk right on top of those fruits and greens.
- Drizzle in that optional honey or sweetener of your choice.
- Toss in a handful of ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
- Start on low and gradually increase to high until everything is smooth and creamy.
- Give it a little taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
