A refreshing smoothie that combines the zesty flavor of fresh oranges with the creamy sweetness of vanilla yogurt, reminiscent of childhood popsicles.

- 2 Fresh oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup Vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 Frozen banana, sliced
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Peel the oranges and separate them into segments. Slice and freeze the banana if not already done.
- Add orange segments, frozen banana slices, and vanilla yogurt to the blender.
- Pour in the milk; adjust for thickness as desired.
- Add the vanilla extract for flavor.
- Mix in honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Add ice cubes for a chilled texture if you’re using fresh banana.
- Secure lid and blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness with more milk if needed.
- Test and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with an orange slice or mint, and enjoy!
