- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper (substitute with white pepper)
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg (can be replaced with paprika)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Sauté the chopped onion in olive oil over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and continue cooking for an additional minute.
- Whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Combine the sautéed onion-garlic mixture, fresh spinach, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan into the bowl and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish, spreading it evenly.
