Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and melted butter.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix coconut cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the coconut cream mixture over the cooled brownies.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
