Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix coconut cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  7. Spread the coconut cream mixture over the cooled brownies.
