Savory Club Sandwich Pasta Salad for Your Summer Gatherings
Ingredients

- 8 ounces Tri-color Pasta
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Tomato (Diced)
- 6 slices Bacon (Crispy)
- 2 cups Lettuce (Chopped)
- 1 cup Lunch Meat (Ham and Turkey) (Cubed)
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 packet Ranch Seasoning
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then add the tri-color pasta. Cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss together the cooled pasta, cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, lettuce, ham, turkey, and diced tomato.
- Add the mayonnaise and ranch seasoning, mixing until everything is well coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or ideally overnight.
- Before serving, give the salad a good stir and adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper as desired.
