Description

Make our easy cinnamon roll loaf using 2 cans of Pillsbury dough for a quick, gooey, bakery-style breakfast or brunch everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls with original icing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, such that the edges lightly hang over the sides.
  3. Remove the cinnamon rolls from both tubes, keeping each roll intact (do not separate or cut them). Arrange the whole cinnamon rolls snugly in the prepared loaf pan, stacking and layering as needed to fit evenly.
  4. Cover the loaf pan tightly with aluminum foil. Place the pan on the center rack of the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes. Carefully remove the foil and return the pan to the oven.
  5. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove the loaf from the oven and gently take it out of the pan. Place it on a wire cooling rack and let it cool for at least 10 minutes.
  7. While the loaf cools, transfer the icing from both tubes into a microwave-safe bowl.
  8. Heat the icing in 10-second intervals, stirring in between, until the icing reaches a smooth, pourable consistency.
  9. Drizzle the warm icing over the loaf, allowing it to seep into the layers before slicing and serving.
