Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine water, egg, and muffin mix until just moistened. Gently fold in the included poppy seeds.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spoon cherry pie filling over the top. Use a knife to swirl gently for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes until golden brown and set in the center. Allow cooling for about 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
