Delicious and cheesy tacos made with Rotel tomatoes, perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground Beef (or ground turkey)
- 1 can Rotel Tomatoes (diced)
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 8 Taco Shells (hard or soft)
- 1 cup Lettuce (shredded)
- 1 cup Tomato (diced)
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Salsa
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat and add the Rotel tomatoes and taco seasoning.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
- Fill taco shells with the beef mixture.
- Top with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and salsa.
- Serve immediately.
