- 12 oz Tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Provolone cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 cup Bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 cup Onion (sliced)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic, bell peppers, and onion; sauté until softened.
- Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the provolone cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the tortellini and add it to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
