Ingredients

- 300 grams Tteokbokki rice cakes
- 200 grams Mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 green onions Chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a pan, combine water, gochujang, sugar, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
- Add the tteokbokki rice cakes and cook for about 10 minutes until they are soft.
- Stir in the mozzarella cheese and let it melt.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
