Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, cubed
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese.
