This Cadbury Mini Egg Dip is a fluffy, no-bake cheesecake-inspired dessert that’s rich, creamy, and loaded with crunchy chocolate candy pieces for the perfect sweet spring treat.

- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese (softened)
- 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow fluff
- 4–6 drops pink food coloring (optional)
- 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 (9 oz) bag Cadbury mini eggs (crushed and divided)
Instructions
- Add the softened cream cheese and marshmallow fluff into a large mixing bowl, then mix with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip, then optionally add in the pink food coloring, and mix again to combine.
- Fold in 1 cup of the crushed chocolate candy eggs, then transfer the dip to your serving bowl, top with the remaining crushed candy eggs, then cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
