Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (any type of pasta)
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (cubed)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
- 1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta and chicken mixture, and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
