Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 ripe banana mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 banana sliced
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and sugar, then add milk, egg, mashed banana, vanilla, and melted butter. Mix gently.
- Lightly grease the pan.
- Pour small portions of batter, cook until bubbles form, flip and cook the other side.
- Break pancakes into pieces and place in a bowl.
- Pour a little warm milk over the pieces.
- Top with banana slices, chocolate chips, and shredded coconut.
- Serve warm.
