Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) with rack in the center.
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard. Whisk until blended.
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour marinade over. Rub marinade into fillets, season with pepper and salt.
- Bake salmon for 10-15 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a boil. Cook until slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
