  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 can Canned Pineapple Slices
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro (freshly chopped)
  • 2 slices Lime (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, placing it on the prepared baking sheet with the skin side facing down.
  3. Arrange the canned pineapple slices under the salmon.
  4. Whisk together sweet chili sauce, melted butter, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, and reserved pineapple juice in a bowl.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the salmon.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the salmon is flaky.
