- 1 teaspoon Salt (sea salt preferred)
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 can Canned Pineapple Slices
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro (freshly chopped)
- 2 slices Lime (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper, placing it on the prepared baking sheet with the skin side facing down.
- Arrange the canned pineapple slices under the salmon.
- Whisk together sweet chili sauce, melted butter, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, and reserved pineapple juice in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the salmon is flaky.
- Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and serve with lime slices.
