Description
These No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Bars are rich, chewy, and easy to make with pantry staples. A quick treat with no oven required.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 2/3 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
Instructions
- Mix oats and chocolate chips into a bowl.
- Combine peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil in a sauce pan and place over low heat. Stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and pour into oats/chocolate chip mixture.
- Stir until well combined and the chocolate is melted. Pour into 9 x 9 parchment paper lined pan and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator until firm. Cut once firm.
