Description

These No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Bars are rich, chewy, and easy to make with pantry staples. A quick treat with no oven required.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2/3 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. Mix oats and chocolate chips into a bowl.
  2. Combine peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil in a sauce pan and place over low heat. Stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and pour into oats/chocolate chip mixture.
  4. Stir until well combined and the chocolate is melted. Pour into 9 x 9 parchment paper lined pan and spread evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator until firm. Cut once firm.
