Instructions
- Add the rolled oats to your blender first.
- Core and chop the apple into pieces and add to the blender.
- Sprinkle in cinnamon, pour in milk, add vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup if desired.

- Add ice cubes and blend again for a frosty drink.
